Best Adriatic?

I received this wm #1 2-3 weeks ago and has no growth.. I have it indoors at the moment.

@NYC_Fignetic I personally find that using synthetic fertilizers is the way to wake up new trees. Which simply means employing fertilizer that contain sodium or fertilizer salts. The salt content induces the plants cells to uptake fluids containing nutrient solution which really fires up those new trees. I usually rotate between organic, and synthetic fertilizers throughout the year. The second thing is to pH your water every time. Fig trees love a neutral base fertilizer solution which is easy to achieve employing pH Up and Down products which can be cheaply purchased at a hydroponics store. Also using a pH water droplet test kit, the cheapest one available comes with the testing vial it is very inexpensive generally only $10 also available at any hydroponics store. Not adjusting your pH in nutrient Solutions is one of the big mistakes people make.

I certainly found my WM1 to be a highly vigorous variety. I actually picked up quite a few fruit on my first year trees to induce more vigorous growth instead.
I have a rule. If the 1st year tree is pushing out a lot of new leafy growth, I leave the figs on the tree. If it is not growing much I pluck them off.

White Madeira #1 has been my favorite fig this season. So I'm thinking of trying another Adriatic here in zone 6b Massachusetts. I read through this thread and it's unclear which, if any, Adriatic is earliest but still is in the same league as WM#1 taste-wise . Is Battaglia Green a reasonable choice?

Look up Harry’s Crete. Lots of information can be easily found on the forums, Facebook groups, and elsewhere on the internet.
Also, you may want to consider Green Michurinska which is a close cousin of the Adriatic family, meaningfully earlier, and cold hardy.

Battaglia Green ripens here after Adriatic JH.

I have Green Michurinska. It's good, but not as good as White Madeira to my taste buds. I'll investigate Harry's Crete. Thanks.

I have all of these on your list, some going on 5 seasons and some on their second season. Only one I’m missing is paradiso. I will say the strawberry and green ischia being several years old fully ripened are hard to beat. Green ischia in the first couple years split bad but last two years was perfect. Hadoulis F white and vasilika sika were delicious also and probably the best of “Adriatics” I was able to taste last year. I’m hoping to get at least one ripe from all my figs especially some that didn’t fruit season one and now going on season two.
Yes, I am trying to find Paradiso for my fig friend who LOVES adriatics and who has been so generous with his time and shares his love of figs, so if you do find it, would you mind letting me know?

Here is a list that I will choose one from.

Ventura $20, Coastal Fig Company
Battaglia $30, Kremp
Vasilika Sika VS $30, Kremp
Verte $30, American Fig Company
JH Adriatic $35, Trees of Joy
Figbig is another option
Little Bexar Farm

I contacted someone from Little Bexar Farm about making an appointment next week. It's almost 2 hour drive from here, but it would be nice to look at the trees in person and pick one out. I will be out that way anyways. Another plus for going to Little Bexar Farm is that I wouldn't have to pay shipping and maybe could get a better plant if I put that money I would have spent on shipping towards the plant.
Ventura from Coastal Fig Company is one that I'm curious about. There is not much information about Ventura online compared to other Adriatics. It doesn't seem as popular so I wonder if that's because it's not as good. Is it like Thermalito and one I should not choose? The pics of Ventura figs on the Coastal Fig website look great. Also Ventura is one of the figs that Figs 4 Fun lists as Adriatic and has a description. Another plus for Ventura is it's a little cheaper than the others and I have already purchased a rooted cutting from that company and was well pleased with their product. Anyone have information about Ventura? Should I go to Little Bexar Farm instead of buying online? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Edit to add: If I was truly set on getting WM#1, I would look for one on figbid. I don't want to pay twice as much for WM#1 as for other Adriatics unless the tree is twice as good, and I don't think WM#1 is twice as good. That being said, I could probably find one for a reasonable price if I were really set on it.
I live an hour from Coastal Fig and know the owner. He is not the best online communicator, but he has a huge variety of figs and is the least expensive vendor I have come across so far.

I think people should try hand pollinating Desert King. It’s a vigorous tree with great brebas. Main crop is early and amazing. It needs to be pollinated of course but worth trying in my opinion.

I have a wm#1. It is about 1 1/2 feet tall. I don't know if it will fruit next year but if I had room for only one more or two does anyone have 2 recommendations? I live in South Texas so even late ripeness are options
