What the!!

FWIW, Sunshine Mix #4 is also excellent and can sometimes be found cheaper.

One thing I like to do is look for damaged bags and ask if they’ll give me a discount. Doesn’t always work but last year I got 3 bags of the Sunshine for $20 each
You have bottom bog Canadian peat moss available to you. Just curious Joe why buy sunshine? You can get the real deal if y'all want a lead to the Canadian Bottom bog good stuff I believe I still kept all my Canadian resources in my Rolodex. Sometimes in my mind I just stand on the border and drool. Can't get none of that stuff in California unless you get a dedicated 120 cubic yard truck delivered from Canada.

That's right, this stuff is proudly developed and made in Canada. Specifically, these are designed and manufactured in factories located in Quebec and across Canada. You can get it here for $50 Canadian or roughly $35 US.

Expect the prices to rise even higher if your dear leader marches forward with the 25% tariff. Or you can become the 11th Canadian province or the 4th territory and enjoy higher taxes but lower prices on Pro Mix stuff. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Well that's another way to look at it @Figgin' A might be worth it to become the 11th province, if I could get my Pro mix at a reasonable price. Not to mention some delectable bottom bog peat moss on tap whenever I wanted it. LOL that would be all the time.

650 gallons? Sounds like you are about to grow a lot of cuttings or up pot a lot of trees. I may use 200 gallons or so this weekend. Putting some of the Capri in 30gal bags :)
Mike you're propagation operation eclipses my own. We just got lucky this year acquiring some of the cuttings we always wanted. We're not giving anybody 30 gallons of potting soil to grow in unless they have a winning lottery ticket clutched in their root ball.

On the other hand I still have about 300 cubic feet of figless special hemp blend leftover from the good old days. LOL just add pelletized Extreme Mico, and perlite #4, and stir.. voila figlesses famous blend.

My propagation operation is mainly me hand watering and up potting more trees than what should be in any ones yard.
But will be finding room for a few more soon. :)

What parking lot is that? I imagine others might consider getting a trailer and making a drive for that price.

Their prices are listed on the site.

Its been around $100 a bale online for 3 or so years. Obviously, at that price it is not worth it. Small local stores have more reasonable prices or options.
You talking at GMS?

I buy it local...just came across that Ad so I didn't know it was normal for them.

It runs in that neighborhood on Amazon as well. It's all about them adjusting the price for shipping.
I could see that price online as long as there was free shipping, sheesh those things weigh a ton. lol
Not sure who would do it though, with local stores just about everywhere that will order it for you free pick up.

We have a place like this here north of the city. I'm trying to remember the name now. It'll come to me. It's a wholesale place that sells to to anyone who shows up with cash

I think with the way many of us go through mix, regardless of what it is.... shipping really isn't an ideal option. It's going to be big and bulky.

Also, different grower will have different priorities. Lightweight is a huge factor for me. But it might not be for many of you.
