Thanks everyone. Figaholics are the best! My first Fig tree was an LSU Purple back in 2009. Now I have 76 with only 6 in ground and there will never be enough. I have rooted some cuttings from the LSU Purple and will do more in the future. I just wish I had a bigger property to grow more but I'm so happy to have the ones I have. Here are a couple photos of my Fig babies as I call them. I am protecting them in my "Fig Fortresses" as I call them. I'm not letting any birds or squirrels get my beautiful figs. Eventually they will out grow their home but for now they are safe. lol
