I don’t know how long I’ve been at it. It seems like every time I finish shoveling. It’s already ankle deep where I started. There’s a fig under here somewhere… Can’t even see my raised beds anymore.

...1st day of winter. It’s only actually just beginning. In my life’s experience January is the coldest month of winter but February is the BANG SHOT month of winter. Last time I experienced that much snow was in college and ~5’ dropped over the weekend. We were jumping off my 3rd floor balcony WWE style - the good ol’ days.

I didn't think you even got any that near the coast. I'll be happy when it's gone... this is going to take some time to melt though

I kid you not..... and I'm kicking myself for not getting a picture but I couldn't get my phone out quick enough. On my street right past my house.... drove by an SUV with the rear hatch open and they were pulling (I assume a kid) down the street around the block. Never seen that before... Didn't seem especially safe either....

We used to do that too. My old man used to pull us around in his Jeep with us on a knee board when we were young. As I got into high school, we pulled eachother around, though on wake boards - that was more dangerous and plenty of bruising.
it was about 4ft tall stalk (Dino kale)

Everything's more dangerous in high school. Hope my kid never learns of some of the stupid stuff I did. Don't want him getting any ideas...
