Spending $60 to get it from him shipped to the states. I may spend that. But spending $60 to get it from someone in the states. I am sure you can find a reliable source with a better price. And not have to import. :)
 
This is something I don’t think you’ll get a full open answer to because people don’t want to ruin a relationship, get banned from purchases, etc. I’m sure many have their thoughts, but it is what it is at this point.

I have no idea if there are fake versions going around. It’s my understanding that many of the varieties could be known ones that have been grown for many, many years around France. And so you’ll see comparisons of some of them with known varieties we already have here. Whether people are taking advantage of those similarities is beyond me… I haven’t a clue.

This particular, I’ll say “company” because you can’t use the initials or name without issue 🙄 which should tell you something, has had a lot of drama over the years because of business partners and other things. So it’s a topic most stay away from, at least openly hahaha.

I hear in Europe it’s a different story. The cuttings come directly from Thierry and are more affordable, no drama.

Do people really worry about getting banned from somewhere??? :ROFLMAO: In Europe the name is highly respected and should be.
