I haven't fed it anything as I thought i was supposed to avoid any fetilizer while it recovered.

I have fish emulsion (5-1-1), ocean solution (2-0-3), and Foop Garden (1-1-0.5). Would any of those work?

The fish emulsion may work but what I was referring to, it cleaners the soil, gets all the yuck out and gives the microbes back into the soil to stimulate new healthy root growth.
