Merry Christmas!

@ktrain @TorontoJoe I was on this morning when I got up and I was the only one here.

‘‘Twas Christmas morning here on the forum
Not a member was stirring
I was so filled with boredom.
The smell of coffee filled the air
So I poured me a cup to sip in my chair
As time ticked by I patiently waited
In hopes that Ktrain or Joe would appear.
Lol it was a busy morning, and on into the afternoon...finally time to relax.
Actually some coffee sounds good about now. lol

I hope Santa was good to everyone!

For years I’ve been getting full wheels of imported cheese that I pack myself. I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time.

Now, I can cut the cheese! 😂

@Figgin' A - If you're ever in Woodbridge. Go to Nobel Imports on Rowntree Dairy Lane. Talk to Dominic. Get a chunk of Piave Stravecchio. You may never eat Parmigiano again. IMHO, far superior.... Simple shop in an industrial strip. Lot's of goodies not easily found. Cash only. :)

Thanks for the tip, Joe. I will be in that area on the weekend and will definitely check them out. I am a big fan of PR, so I am very curious.

@Figgerlickinggood

Oh that looks awesome, so good especially when it just comes out of the oven.
I have some reading to do on this machine, but I'm hoping to try it this weekend, if I can get to it. :)
It tastes as good as it looks too. I learned this recipe from artisan Steve on YouTube. This bread is so easy but looks like it took all day. The best part is your hands never touch the dough.
