I hope Santa was good to everyone!

For years I’ve been getting full wheels of imported cheese that I pack myself. I’ve been wanting one of these for a long time.

Now, I can cut the cheese!

My wife got me a dehydrator, but that's at least as much for the hot peppers as it is for the figs. I'm looking forward to trying homemade smoked paprika this year.

Bread was the first thing I put through it, as per instructions.
It doesn't really reconstitute well. lol
