Looking to trade White Baca for something new and exicting

I don't think he has a list..... If I'm not mistaken he's looking for something "special", Like that secret, haute couture fig that you have stashed out back and been keeping all to yourself.... until now ;)
Hmm? Not looking for a Bacca. But I think Kabri Palmata is pretty rare at this point. A couple members here are trialing it.

Do you have a list of what you’re looking for? Maybe that’d be easier and shorter haha
I do have a list, but I'm more interested in hearing from serious collectors that know they have something special. I'll go searching for what's on my list soon enough, but those aren't necessarily the ones I want the most. The ones I want the most are probably the ones I don't even know about. So I'm hoping some White Baca this autumn might help. (As is already stated in a previous thread, I do have a large quantity of hard to find varieties as well)

Personally... I really think it's cool that you're looking for something "special" not something that's just difficult to get or expensive.

@rnexus, @team_curious I am a member of 2 White Baca consortiums LOL but anybody who knows anything about my nature knows I am for Figfanatic.com members to have the greatest availability list possible. So I have nothing personally that's on the super select wish list. I have nothing to trade, but my good wishes for all y'all

Sheesh the conversation was going so good then it just stopped. I hope my foolish reply wasn't the conversation stopper.

BTW I think I might have misspelled the plural of Consortium. Somehow it looks like @Fig Gazer spelling to me.

You should come to some of the Figfests. I'm starting to see people bringing in Unknown varieties from their homelands. Hard to tell if they are special yet but fun and interesting to trial.
I have an unknown variety I got from a customer of mine called huge Italian unk. He has a fairly large collection and he said he brought this one back himself while traveling to visit family and supposedly it’s his best fig. Should be fruiting shortly so I’m excited to see what happens. Hope it’s not a dud

I should! However I am so far behind with general work and maintenance around the property I have no idea when I will even want to go out, let alone be able to. The only days I take off are when my body won't cooperate or something family related. Maybe next year will be different, but as it is it looks like I have at least 2.5 years of non stop work, and that's if I can keep going steady without some major setbacks. For example, I bought a new starter to replace an older one on my Cat 955L crawler loader. The new starter failed on the 4th start. It nearly destroyed a large part of the engine, but I acted quick and it only took out a cable, a battery disconnect switch, and an amp meter gauge. However I spent the last 2 days tracking down all the problems, replacing all the broken parts.....and I'm almost finished. This is an example of a minor setback. This is the type of luck I have consistently, though at least half the time it's my fault, but not this time!

Here's me last autumn doing some actual work with the 955L. Its still a mess at the back of the property. Been clearing for almost 5 years..slowly.
