Its begun!

For some reason starting less than a year ago, I can’t eat anything that’s acidic anymore, but I refuse to give up tomatoes, so my compromise is to go with low acidic, tomatoes, lol.
yellow and orange tomatoes are less acidic. i know theres some "white" tomatoes too, though i dont know if those are just like very light yellow ones or if theyre albino.. or what

https://bountyhunterseeds.com/product/great-white-tomato/ i think just very light yellow from what bounty hunter says...

https://www.youtube.com/@tomatoreviewspicturesandmo8174 as i said, i love this guy cause he has amazing pictures and excellent reviews of hundreds of varieties of tomato, and he sells the seeds!

I’m new to tomatoes. I like a large tomato, as high a brix as possible, low acidity as possible, and not pithy (so no ox hearts).

Is there any that you recommend that fit the bill?

I bought ‘Pineapple’ tomato seeds.
Pineapple is my favorite tomato for taste. It definitely has some acidity in it that gives it some tropical flavor like pineapple. I personally prefer tomato with a complex flavor than just sweet, so I love it! However, it cracks like crazy! I don't have any pineapple tomato not cracked for years.

Is there another sweet variety that you would recommend?

My overall favorite tomato is Momotaro. It is really a perfect tomato: early, productive, disease and crack resistant, great flavor. It has a little less complex flavor than pineapple (but still better than most tomato I ever had), but it's a bullet-proof tomato!

Sounds good. May I ask where you get the seed?

Believe or not: Walmart! It's actually from Kitazawa Seed Company who sells on Walmart. They have rare and great quality Asian vegetable seeds. But I think Momotaro becomes very popular recently, so many seed companies (such as Seeds n Such, Territorial Seed, etc.) sell it now.

I know and like Kitazawa seed. I suppose Walmart is approaching an Amazon virtual marketplace model instead of just what Walmart itself sells, but thanks, I would never have looked there!
