I have to say that when I posted this weather report and said that I'm going to pick ripe figs, I was not trying to boast. I have been wanting my trees to go dormant for a few weeks. They were just going dormant, about half the leaves have fallen off, and now we got this warm weather. The trees don't know what to do. I picked some ripe figs today but I doubt they will taste very good.
Hey if they taste good nobody would blame you for bragging alittle. I know I wouldn’t complain if I got tasty December figs.I have to say that when I posted this weather report and said that I'm going to pick ripe figs, I was not trying to boast. They did not taste good. I got two I-258 and three VdB. The smallest VdB that was drying on the tree, was not bad. It wasn't really very good either. They just aren't sweet enough and I want them to go dormant.Hey if they taste good nobody would blame you for bragging alittle. I know I wouldn’t complain if I got tasty December figs.

@ETXfigs they look really good inside, lol. Lack of photosynthesis this time of year will effect the taste. They did not taste good. I got two I-258 and three VdB.
