17 and counting !

I watched many of his several times. Need find the safety one. My problem is I grow up with big knife and cutting board to cut everything. Need learn how to cut with way smaller knife and without cutting board.

For me large, sharp knives are much safer. More control.

A cleaver is a different beast and another level of danger altogether when you think of what they’re designed to do. My kid has spent a lot of time with me developing serious knife skills…. But cleavers take a special focus

I learned to use a cleaver from three finger SAM. Enough said !
