@Opiem10 do you know where in Portugal these Unk are from ? I got my hands on some cuttings my uncle gave me from his trees in Portugal that his dad planted. These are from a place in Portugal called Elvas.. His trees are well over 100 years old from the orchards his dad planted. I have some I am rooting and can't wait to see if they survive here in the US..

This #4 log is showing roots, It’s about 1” thick. I was so excited when I saw it this evening
Either that or a tire thumper, I had 2 uncles that were truck drivers

I've got 2 #4's that I just started back on the 11th. One in a fig pop and one in a cup in a grow tent. Hoping that one if not both root in the next few weeks.

Yes that is an accurate description of them, I am almost positive I could put them in pots this weekend but we have a decent cold snap coming in a couple days. I appreciate the opportunity to have these cuttings and have these trees in my collection.

.. Those number 4''s are crazy strong. I've got more number 4s than I know what to do with. 5 is a bit slow but still has green leaves. It's the one I water rooted and had algae but it's been in soil for maybe a month and it's still alive. Goal this weekend is to up-pot those that need it. Then I'll line them all up and send in a picture. With all the number 4s (which seem un-kill-able) it will be a nice group shot.

Ok ... Wait till it's safe to ship and I'll get advice on how to package and I'll send you one. If half of them die in the next little bit I will still have an extra. If you are serious then private message me when your ready temp wise andI would take #4 off your hands if you don't know what to do with it.
