Getting some color

Most of us remember those from childhood, raining in woods and picking what ever was edible Really, these are so sweet and fragrant. Adding them to strawberry jam makes the jam way way tastier.

While Dragon fruit flowers only last for one night, they do make the night time pollination stroll a bit more enjoyable.

Here’s a before and now of our Hydrangea tree. It started out with white flowers but now the true pink color is coming in. Also my new 8ft tall persimmon tree from Ty Ty nursery is leafing out big time l

I'm still waiting for my wife to get her 2 Gardenia trees in the ground.
Among other stuff she has waiting in pots. lol

I had just applied more soil acidifier this year on mine. Could have been a little heavier handed in one area. Check this article out. I love the first pic!

Tree Peony is the one that is (hmm) self supporting and it is a shrub. It's flower is at last 3 times larger then Herbaceous Peony. The rain doesn't bend the flower down. I have both Chinese Herbaceous Peony and Chinese Tree Peony.

Tree peonies are my favorite!
