DMV Spring FigFest May 31st 2025

Hmmm I don't actually know him that well. I just assumed he would be delighted to be safely clothed in sartorial splendor, wearing a Figfanatic sign up shirt to the big event. (Is it possible I could have been mistaken?)
 
I bought a snug fitting 5X figfanatic shirt then went off to several CRFG events. I might have signed up 10 or more new members with that shirt. I never was signing up new members before the shirt. To me a sign up shirt would have the Figfanatic.com, the Logo, the first four or five forums with an arrow pointing to the introductory first forum with the heading start here on the Arrow. I might even put something similar on the front of the shirt. We want them to easily find where to start. Also what our forum list looks like. First our introductory forum start herw, then Fig Talk,, frequently asked questions, then gardening talk, then Trading Post. If you took a phone camera photo of the back of the shirt. It would give you A quick how to map of our platform..

LOL the most important thing is what does a sign up shirt look like to @TorontoJoe

I feel I now need to explain… I think what @Figless is getting at…… he wore a Fig Fanatic t shirt (on of the ones on the merch page) to some CRFG events. A bunch of folks took notice and ended up joining our forum as a result. I am grateful.

I appreciate the power spreading the word. Something I want to do when I can afford, is to get some made up in bulk to give away at events like this. I’m not there yet.

I will gladly wear fig gear to the event. Do we have stickers/magnets we could pass out? Or, we could do a signup - giveaway table where folks sign up for the forum, and get entered into a giveaway that some of us donate towards?
