Wow

I have lots of trouble with ants when my figs get ripe. For me, a single leader for 24" or so gives me any easy way to keep ants off the tree with some tanglefoot. I don't see how you could do that with the trees in the photo. Other than the ant problem, they look fantastic though!
 
They might be selling the cuttings too. It will be a big waste to throw away the branches that they prune every year.
Often these are productive mono-cultures (but not necessarily with an exquisite taste).
Like getting cuttings from the CA Central Valley: you'd end up with a lot of Calimyrna and Black Mission...
