I have killed the last 5 Chicago hardy cuttings I received, so frustrated won't get into it, so in response I rage shoved a few cuttings into the ground outside near my trees and they are somehow looking alive

You need somebody to send you a rooted layer. I may know someone who can help. Send me a DM and maybe I can connect you.

Always nice to hear from someone in the same area!I I feel youI it gets frustrating when u get repeated failure. This year I changed the strategy to graft every node I can to increase my chances of success and had couple pieces left so I stuck them in ground. Best of luck to your Chicago hardy cuttings and don't lose the hope, there is always next year
