I have Felco and about 20 other brands.

ARS (HP-VS8z) are the best, Okatsune 104 are also very good.

For a budget pair, Tabor Tools (S834A).

I’d never heard of Okatsune 104. I just searched it. The spring is different from most others. Looks like it would make for smooth opening

It has a satisfying action and very heavy-duty construction. Worth a try.

Just picked up these inexpensive harbor freight bypass pruners over the weekend. My pruners (also cheap) went missing somewhere in the yard and will probably pop up shortly. Worked fine for a weekend of use so far.
