What Is Your Favorite Sweet Pepper?

Not sure if most of you would consider it a sweet pepper haha but Anaheim did the best for me last year. Was able to get a few pounds off a single plant all summer, very productive and no issues. Second would probably be banana peppers, those also did just as good for me but they started off a bit slow! :)
I heard the Anaheim are great for frying… I keep meaning to try them.

Lesya, Ajvarski, Corno Di Toro Rosso,
Someone else recommended Corno Di Toro Rosso to me as Carmen, seems they have the same name. Also it is Bull’s Horn? But it sounds like a good Italian pepper.

I tried growing Ajvarski last year and it didn’t have a chance to take off, but I have too many recommendations for it, so I’m going to try it again.

Someone else recommended Lesya as well and I’ve seen it offered, so I think I’ll check it out.

A bunch of recommendations for Shishito and Jimmy Nardello as well.

A surprising number of recommendations for Banana peppers. They were never my favorite from the store, but maybe home grown are a lot better, or I’ve been eating them wrong.

Appreciate all the recommendations everyone!

Shishito peppers are good but I find they are more seeds than fruit sometimes. Banana peppers depend on the variety and growing condition.

Banana peppers I find easier to grow but don't have the thick walls I need for my pepper sauces. Is anyone aware of a thicker walled sweet banana type pepper? it would be nice to have the reliability and production of the banana with the heft of a bell
