Welcome... everyone!

Hi, thank you! I’m new to growing and am looking forward to learning from everyone and hopefully trading varieties in the future. Or at least finding homes for cuttings and air-layered transfers that I won’t have space for (I’ve already gotten 8 varieties so I expect to have plenty of cuttings I won’t want to just dispose of and I’m eager to learn air-layering). I’m in Durham NC. Hi all!

Hi All! Just a quick intro, my names Ricardo/Ricky I live in Southern California 9a/9b Border in Cherry Valley CA. I have a small 2 acre homestead that I’ve been accumulating every citrus, and avocado cultivar I can find - now that I’m comfortable with my avocado collection I’m wanting to beef up my figs! I’ve had a long love for figs from fruits off my best friends dads trees in Orange County - just simple turkeys and panaches, but now you’ll probably see me bidding on a few names from time to time. I’d ultimately like to have an ongoing friendly relationship with everyone here and I’m a fruit freak so I’m always up for cuttings to or fro. Nice to meet you all! (I also raise a flock of 50 chickens currently)

That sounds awesome Ricky, you will fit right in with this great community.
I also have chickens, well my wife has chickens that I have to take care of. lol
Though being in North Georgia, I have but 2 citrus.
My wife loves Salmon so I have to grow a Lemon tree, and I like Mandarine so I have 1 of those.
