Oh, hi! Thank you! I joined to do some research on caprifig varieties I might want to purchase, so I can experiment with some fig breeding once I find my new home base and get settled. I have around 20 fig trees growing, but no caprifigs - a couple of cuttings I purchased didn't take so well, but fingers crossed for the next round when it's time. Nice to meet you all!

Thank you so much! I'm sure I'll come up with plenty of questions as I dive in some. I don't know a ton yet, but I'm doing a better job these days of diving in and trusting I'll either figure it out as I go or learn from the things I get wrong.
 
Welcome Welcome Welcome to you @longliveshopping, you will certainly be doing a lot of that now that you’ve joined us. Soon you will be deep in the rabbit hole and wanting to buy every variety of fig, other fruits and thing-a-ma-jigs that are posted here just like the rest of us fig fanatics do. 😉
