Hello, I just found this site. I began collecting starter fig trees in October, I have 20 now in my collection, didn't realize the addiction that came with them. I'm focusing on the different varieties that do well here in SW Florida's heat, humidity, and rain. I've got all of my figs in 15g pots to protect them from the nematodes and so I can bring them in for storms. I'm excited to look around, get to know everyone, share, and learn!

Welcome @lewisfigs I think you're going to fall in love with this place. So you have 20 varieties in 15 gallon pots. Is there anything in particular you would like to propagate from cutting to add to that collection?

. I have purchased all rooted cuttings so far. I am hesitant to try rooting because I haven't been successful previously with other plants. I am still on the lookout for Green Michurinska, but will happily consider any other varieties that do well in this humid weather here.

@Timmypeapod is looking for Ficus johannis "Digitata". So hes likeley looking for moderator @GoodFriendMike, or @Charlie Dodgson , or @epiphyte ..LOL I'm not a mind reader. I was up ISO couple varieties, and he just wrote his first post @(OF) saying he was looking for Ficus johannis "Digitata". For 10 long years. We might as well answer him here. Since he became a member here first.
