Yeah, they are saying we got a rare Nor’easter that we haven’t seen in decades. I sure don’t want to see this kind of weather in late May again. When do your tomatoes normally begin to ripen for you?Looking good.
Everything has stalled out here over the last week. Rain and high temperatures in the 50s with lows in the upper 40s. Next week we should get back into the 70s for highs and mid 50s for lows. The bright side is we are finally out of a drought since last August and the grass is back to green. Weeds are loving it too.
Thank you. Yeah, I picked a few cucumbers and a Piccolo squash today. The tomatoes are still at least 3-4 weeks away.@Figgin' A
Wow that's fantastic looking growth, in fact they look good enough to eat.
Last year was my first year starting from seed and I think I began picking tomatoes around mid-July.Yeah, they are saying we got a rare Nor’easter that we haven’t seen in decades. I sure don’t want to see this kind of weather in late May again. When do your tomatoes normally begin to ripen for you?
