Very nice. I have noticed that it’s prone to the sugar spots as it matures. Not that this is really a con….. just an observation

I like seeing the sugar spots as it's a great visual indicator of ripeness.
This will be my first tasting experience with Vince#3 fig . I have heard good things about it and seen some finger licking good pictures .@"TorontoJoe"#1
My God Joe what a beautiful looking fig. With such a perfect heart shape, and lovely looking color inside and out. Your photogenically fantastic looking fig has me drooling at 3:00 a.m. this morning. As you said it's the Fig that dreams are made of.
Is Vince #3 a really good Adriatic? I've been thinking about getting another Adriatic, like Angelito, NV1, or Unk Prosciutto. Where do I find one of these Vince #3?
Such a hideous, yet beautiful fig!First Vince #3 breba harvested this morning as the ants were starting to gnaw on it. Delicious sweet caramel flavor with a creamy texture.
