Not 10... but a few. I think the cut for our house is 58 jars. This is between 6 families
58 jars is excellent but if you had half of that amount it just isn’t worth it, the only best part of it is the family being united with fun laughter and joy. If you’re saying each bushell does 17 imagine you only do 3 of them yourself! I bet it would be easy. Just saying 🤷 😆

It would be totally easy to do 3 or even 5 bushels myself... but this really isn't about tomato sauce... We eat salumi and drink wine. The wood forno was going and we made maybe 15 pizze. Even the kids getting together... no Nintendo Switch. No games. No Phones. Just families having fun.... You know... back in the day, we used to have to do this so we could eat all year.... So we'd have food.... We don't have to do it anymore..... Now... we get to do it.

Doing all that work is hard. The hardest part for me would have been the cleaning up and putting it all away after it was all done but it would be a good tired feeling.

Clean up is the most tedious part. Even with trying to stay on top of it as we worked, we spent the whole day today cleaning, EVERYTHING! Tomato gets everywhere. It took me a few hours just to pressure wash the big pots.

Now, all the equipment is dry and tucked away in the storage loft above my garage.

Yeah.... we're pretty tired

Wow that’s what’s it’s all about Joe. Your in my lane. Haha 🤣 look what I’m constructing to do what you just did for the family.
Family being together is the best part of living that’s how it should be, so god bless you and the family fratello. Good memories last a life time and that’s all that matters.

That's so impressive man! I don't know how many people know what you're building there, or know how very few people possess the skill to build it.

Bravo! 👏

@TorontoJoe @Vitooch1 This was a nice find today at Walmart. Not as good as homemade but close enough. $6.94 each. Nice flavor and hard as a rock. Be a good weapon against a burglar.😂. Here’s pictures of the info and product.
