Found by Trees of Paradise. I have found this tree to produce persistent profichi and mammoni. Have yet to see mamme. But this tree does appear to be truly persistent. This tree should only be labeled as UCD as it was not bred by U.C.Davis.

Mike, thanks for the info on this one.  I have one of these, but it has not fruited for me yet.  On the profichi, how much pollen does it produce?  In your opinion, is it a good variety for using to do hand pollination?

This is the first variety that I started hand pollinating with. It produces a lot of profichi. With ample pollen. For the amount of pollen and the price. I recommend this one.

Note: this cultivar was found alongside Putah Creek near UC Davis. It is not part of the UCD or USDA Davis collection.

Picked today. Not bad for ripening in not the best of weather. Next season I need to save some pollen to hand pollinate this one.
