Try not to lose hope

Sorry to hear about your hospital stay. I'm glad you are home. The hospital can be so lonely and not conducive to the rest you need either. Sending all my good vibes your way.

Yeah, the let me wake you up every three hours x then there are multiple different people doing it for different reasons = no sleep at all. I feel like my first baby when I used to go in to her room to check on her. She would be sleeping so soundly, I got worried and I “had” to shake her arm/leg a bit (a lot) to wake her, just to make sure she was still alive! 🙄🤣 #newMomVibes

Hopefully they can bounce back. I have a cherry pie that completely lost its branches and jm seeing if it recovers.... well see. I have an extra ondata that in waiting on seeing if it roots. If it does I can ship it over
Thank you, thank you, that would be so awesome!!!

Is the Cherry Pie down to branches with no leaves, or no branches at all? If you don’t mind sending a pic, I might have a fix for you.

Oh hes so sad. Ill send pics. Im hoping it just buds out lower..the green branches have shriveled up. He had 1 day of being dry and this happened lol. I uprooted to check his roots and he seems fine down there so we'll see...

For cherry pie (the top one), those green branches are beyond rescue, and no buds will be viable or strong enough to pop from them at this point, so I would cut them off completely. Wrap the entire thing with authentic parafilm M, leaving the nubs where the green stems were uncovered, and the bottom half inch not wrapped. Bag over the whole thing. Then it should be good to go, as long as the root mass is sufficient, and doesn’t have damage or bugs.

The bottom one can still be pulled back from the brink and it has a viable bud. I would snip off the wilted leaves, remove the cracked wax, wrap with authentic parafilm M as described above. And then just give it time to heal, again provided that the root mass is sufficient and doesn’t have damage or bugs.
