Too many potted trees

Well, instead of moving just the older trees, I took every single one out of the shed and it felt ENDLESS. Plus, I have close to 60 rooted cuttings needing to be up potted. My wife said, “your fig sabbatical is over”.

What? Who puts a vehicle in their garage? I thought it was for tools, lawnmowers and plants. I hooe my bride does not see this!

We've never once had a car in our garage....lol. It's so crowded now I don't think I could fit a Hot Wheel car in there.

Until our last frost date passes, the fig trees will remain in my kitchen, dining room, garage and back patio. I cannot wait to get them outside where they belong.

I pulled mine out yesterday. We are having 70's and 80's for the next week and some of mine are waking up. I know there will be a few frosts to come so I will cover them when needed. I hope I'm doing the right thing because I can't keep lugging these pots in and out

It never ended for me. I had something going all winter. I have been clearing out garage off and on all week. Inside high tunnel now,I hope to stay until we get the all clear. Removed mulch and added soil amendments, watered with Jacks 20-20-20 and replaced mulch. Repotted some crooked ones and watching after veggie starts. Ready for a break now!

All of my fig trees (around 12 from last August and September) are awake and already moved outside with 80 degree days. Just added 8 more rooted cuttings acclimated to the sun, half up-potted, planning on up potting the rest today or tomorrow. 30 cuttings still rooting. Some tree are already putting out figlets. Uppotted one LSU Purple tree to a really large forever home pot (15 gallon).

Either you have a lot more control than me to not have so many trees and cuttings or you're not fanatical enough yet to let the hobby get out of control. So word of advice, dont be tempted by the enablers in this forum.

I’m limited by space as all I have is the Pickleball court driveway in the back of my house and my family still uses it for Pickleball. Plus my wife is ready for me to stop picking up varieties. Have to be selective now.
