This was my weekend

Isn’t it amazing how fast she got her wood chips only after making a tip/donation, especially after the second one doubling the first one? The saying is true, “money talks while BS walks”.
Ah maybe. As someone who works as a arborist for a tree care company, I can say getting rid of wood chips is a pain in the buttock. We’ve looked into chipdrop and it’s more work then dropping at our office ( which we then pick them back up in larger quantities and take somewhere else ). We probably produce about 120 yards of wood chips a day.

Chipdrop, it seems like you’re always reading the fine print where people only want so much, or to call ahead, or want them dumped in a certain area where trucks can’t access, or the requests is old. So you can spend a lot of time just figuring out the logistics of getting rid of material. We usually load people up for free if they come to our office. Or if they need them delivered, we have had customers pay a delivery fee for anything from 8 to 50 yards for $80 or so.

If it was easy to unload them, we wouldn’t need to talk about them every week during management meetings that’s for sure.
