Almost got them last year so we protected a little higher up for this year - should get some handst!

I’ve waited on chip drop, electric company free wood chips, then decided to buy some but 60 bucks a cubic yard seemed pretty steep so I’m using corn stalks lol

We got our first drop within 2 weeks of requesting, however nothing since.
Our location isn't super friendly for large trucks so that might be an issue why they don't come back.

We got lucky with our 4 cubic yard drop of Horticultural pumice light, and sweet like I remember it from my childhood, and a black gold coco coir potting soil mix. Loaded with everything, but the calcium For $400 delivered. I need to get my truck back on the road... like Kevin's beautiful green truck... that looks so good, like a piece of Jade with wheels

Thanks Kevin! Our front yard keeps evolving, shifting/redoing some beds and putting in another trellis system this weekend. We got the pine bark for $25 per yd3 and a flat delivery fee, so we just did it. I've also been looking at wood chippers.

We have a wood chipper, it just doesn't do as well as the industrial size ones the city/landscapers use.
But...I will be using it for some areas.

We got a good one from MechMaxx to use on fence lines and clearing that field. It’s a beast.

Dang man that's def a nice one!
I bought ours like 3 yrs ago and used it for 10 minutes...been in the shed since. lol
Don't even remember what brand it is..sheesh.

That is a decent price for pine bark
