The morning after

My husband and son shoveled the driveway and said it’s about 6” of snow." This afternoon we’re supposed to get 1-3” more.
 
I didn't, let checkout ventusky.com it's not the most accurate but it gives me an idea.
 
I dunno how that particular program is calculating everything, but on ventusky Staunton looks like it's gonna get an inch or two over that period. I like to hit the Precipitation then set the timer to 1 hour intervals and that seems way more accurate than the 3 hour version.

It just started snowing again. Be interesting to see how much we get.😉
 
It’s coming down good and heavy now. Prediction is still 4-9 inches. The temperature is dropping too, the high was 31° and now it’s 24°. Predicted low tonight is 18°.

We got nailed pretty good. 10-12 inches here. That’s before it started up again. We’ve gotten about 2 inches more. That said, it has settled quite a bit. It was very nice powdery snow when we started shoveling. You’re west of me — I’m supposed to get a few more inches too. For those of you further north - this is a pretty good storm for around here!
