Thank you!

@Brian V I don't have any parafilm currently and that is all i have seen used in the videos i watched. I was thinking about melting an unscented candle. Would that work? I am new to all of this and still learning.

I just had some soy wax used for candle making. I've been using that and it seemed to work fine. I just melted it in a small pot and waited until it started to cool down and dipped the tips. If the pop ties are tight, you can probably still do that without making a huge mess.

I've used candles. All I had was scented. They smelled like pine trees. I had a bunch of cuttings dry out and shrivel up so now I dip in wax or wrap with parafilm.

Have any candles? Melt some and apply it to tips or hold a lit candle sideways over the top of each one and let the wax drip onto the top of the cuttings.

I will attempt this tonight. My ties should be tight enough. Thanks!

Good luck. I have some cuttings in the mail. I might try fig pops. I will be way less likely to give them too much water if they are sealed up.
