Spinosad. More than just the garden!

So kids best friend has lice. Bought the kit. Shampooed and nitpicked the kids. Did all the laundry. Wife insists on shampooing too Now we're out of shampoo and apparently I need to also (at least is I don't want to sleep with the dog) Definitely not going to CVS again.

Did you know that there are super lice that are now resistant to permethrins? The new hotness in lice treatment is....spinosad. I'm typing this with captain jacks dead bug brew soaking into my hair.

I pretty sure I won't have lice tomorrow, but less certain that I will still have hair. At least I get to sleep in a bed. Pray for my hair....

how fun! I actually just watched a little lecture from the KYSU paw paw conference that said paw paw has been used to kill lice. something to think about

That's a shame @hambones you mean dog flea soap with 10% Permethrin won't work anymore? dang my $12 treatment is now useless... good luck with your hair y'all. Dont forget to tell the wife it's 1 hour in the dryer after the clothes are dry.
