Selling fig trees to locals

I enjoy propagating fig trees to sell to locals. It's good to get more people to join us in this hobby. I try to put helping people above the money always. I had a great day yesterday. I sold 3 trees for $75. I also went to Lowe's and mulch yard to get garden supplies. I spent $80 on this yesterday. If I could only do this everyday I would only be down $1,825 a year. Don't tell my wife!

I have a similar mentality. I also markdown my fig trees just to get locals to learn and have the joy of a fig tree but one does have to account the cost of garden supplies. If the trees are fruiting I would share the fruit with them if I have enough. I feel like once people have a taste of a fig they can be safe, satisfied and stop there or go down the rabbit hole. I'm always happy to donate my unknowns that seem to be so vigorous and tasty.

Sweet near ohio lol never eaten a fresh fig and last fig Newton 30 years ago and as of February 26 none now have 13 varieties and 12 citrus trees 6k in soils trees pots amendments and other supplies i probably need a intervention
