Not caprfied as far as I remember and if you mean maturity as far as how many years untill it started to produce figs I acquired it in a gallon pot almost 3 years ago (Dec2022) so I imagine if grown from cutting about 3 years.
 
I've got Schar Israel figs swelling up indoors and they are large. @Kid Fig did your figs look like this before they were ripe? I'm starting to think maybe we have two different varieties. I am hoping these will turn purple like yours. One reason might be that I didn't have a very bright light on them until yesterday. They might start changing colors. Also the eye on mine looks larger than yours. This fig tree is extremely vigorous and productive. It's still pushing out green growth and forming figs. Another interesting thing it's doing is it has recently started growing new leaves low on the trunk. I usually only see new leaves at the top apically. Maybe they will be new branches.

I am starting to think these figs look like Ge Neri. These two that are swelling are starting to change colors. They are huge. Maybe the cutting was mislabeled. Do these look like Ge Neri or Schar Israel?

Hmmm....

Well the second pic it appears ione is starting to ripen ala color change so that a good sign.

Not familiar with Ge Neri although the name I do recognize - IS GN a dark fig?

I'll be digging Schar out tomorrow morning so I could at least take leaf and wood pics to see if there's a match.

I think you might've gotten Red Israel aka Khurtmani.

I've also heard Schar Israel is possibly Khurtmani but judging by the leaf pics it appears RI was confused with SI which is why some have thought SI is Khurtmani...

For anyone who knows about schar Israel I have two cuttings that look like they are going to be ok - they have good roots - but the one has been leaking red stuff out through the wax at the top all along. I don't think it's rotten it looks good -see roots- will probably up pot on weekend or maybe one more week . But anyone else see this before?

Oh and to respond to your question I think itā€™s just leaking nutrients due to high internal pressure. Possibly wrong though. Iā€™d say as long as it looks ok let it heal and do itā€™s thing.
 
I have no idea. Got them on figbid and don't think it said... Will have to look up the seller.. I hope it roots true to something ....I am resigned to waiting till every fig I have fruits. Then putting it on this forum if I'm not sure to get it a final stamp of approval. I would like to contribute cuttings this year to end of year contests because everyone here is so flipping awesome and has been so good to me.
So we have got to at least have something fruiting with a few figs... cue my impatience ....cause I'm not going to disappoint anyone through my ignorance. I have a ton of cool stuff and only 5 or 6 have fruited so they got to get growing if I'm going to make it in time for fall contests.šŸ’—
 
Oops was responding to jigfig about i didn't know if it was purple... Won't know till it fruits. I don't know of anyone selling right now. If mine grows and fruits true I probably will next year but I don't know if it's true or if it's slow or how long it will take
