Sausage Balls

I usually have to make a double batch when I make these sausage balls, but they seem to be a bit better the next day.

Moms Sausage Balls
1 Pound of pork sausage
2 cups of biscuit baking mix
16 ounces of cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl, it always seems like it will be too dry to mix together. Once everything is mixed very well, roll them into golf ball size balls. Place parchment paper down in a shallow baking pan, put the sausage balls on top of the parchment paper. Preheat oven to 400, cook for 20-30 minutes. It’s one of my family’s favorites
