I fully support this monetizing scheme, but I'm guessing that once the white fig sees sunlight, it will green up. Withholding sunlight is how they grow white asparagus, IIRC.It always amazes me how fig varieties go viral. Do it, man and have cuttings ready for winter. Albinito by Ktrain will be the new hype fig.
...or, Kevin can claim that a standard reversion process is always a possibility, and that he takes no responsibility for Albinito's behavior once it leaves his caring handsI fully support this monetizing scheme, but I'm guessing that once the white fig sees sunlight, it will green up. Now you're talking, You should be my business partner! lol...or, Kevin can claim that a standard reversion process is always a possibility, and that he takes no responsibility for Albinito's behavior once it leaves his caring hands![]()
We're gonna get all crazy with this one. LOLThat's really cool.. you could sell it as a " super all the way rrimada"
When it reverts, it'll be just another Angelito. That's really cool.. you could sell it as a " super all the way rrimada"
I think it would have to revert twice from white... Once and it would be a standard rimada , a second time and it would be a reverted angelito rimada. I don't have an angelito. But I have a triple rimada angelito. It's one step above ktrain's... Mines an invisible angelitoWhen it reverts, it'll be just another Angelito.
Wait, does Angelito mean something other than just the variety? When it reverts, it'll be just another Angelito.
little angel, i believeWait, does Angelito mean something other than just the variety?
EDIT: After I wrote the paragraph below I realized the original ktrain fig was an Angelito.....little angel, i believe
Exactly. I was following the reverted/rimada jokes, the lack of color, etc., but then I thought I must have run up against some higher-level Angelito knowledge I am still too novice to have obtained.....Lol yeah and I was just goofing. There wasn't any reverted rimadas... Ktrains fig was just whit because it had been in the dark like a blind cave fish and had no chlorophyll so it looked white
oh i was just being silly!EDIT: After I wrote the paragraph below I realized the original ktrain fig was an Angelito.....
Sorry, I wasn't very clear. People are discussing striping and reversions and at some point in these posts a fig that has been striped but reverted to soild and then back to striped enough times becomes an Angelito? That's how I interpreted it, at least.
so was i, but not intentionally!oh i was just being silly!
