Does the HOA put a limit on how many cats you can have?

I think they do. I got 2 warnings from them over my wild flowers, which were too "wild" for them. They called them weeds, which I planted in a circle neatly until the wind went through them. First, they said it was ok. Then, they sent me a second warning about how they would fine me next time.

I am putting a tub of soil with nuts sticking out inside the trap because nuts & soil really motivates them this time of the year. It worked before but it was a mess to clean up once the squirrel(s) got inside.

I’m not completely sure I understand the point of an HOA… but I think I’m glad they don’t have them here.
