That's one pretty ugly looking fig - I like it!

I also to happen to like pretty ugly women - they can be soo cute looking with their snagle tooth (lol).

Very nice.

I have two small plants of Pastilliere Raintree and Pastilliere USDA Wolfskill that I hope like my location. After reading about all the different Pastilliere I got some named ones to see if there is a different.

Raintree version is common.
 
Amazing looking fig. I've always thought Pastiliere was a must have because of its red interior. It seemed quite unique in that. The only other fig that reminds me of Pastiliere is Negra D'Agde which I really love. Mines been recently pruned back to a single trunk, and thus its entered its beginning stages of the 2nd year / life cycle down here in Australia. Can you share what type of flavour you noticed with your Pastiliere? Thank you JMF75 / Joe
 
Wow! What a great looking fig! I have the one that requires caprification. But it is one of my very favorites and one that I’m willing to keep and hand pollinate each year, I think it’s that good.

One of my favorites and a keeper for short season growers. Tasted like blueberry jam and the skin had a hint of cinnamon sugar. 😋

I agree Randy that's why I have one in a 10gal going inground. Tree needs to be mature to shine 3-4 years. IMO
