This fig was supposed to be De la Roca, first couple yrs it dropped the figs.
So starting yr 3 I got 1 breba, and it is holding main crop.
Actually last year I think I got 1 fig.
Which is when I learned it is not De la Roca.

It was suggested to be Borjasotte Noire or Noire de Barbentane.

So what do y'all think.
It was pretty amazing and a flavor I have never tasted before in a fig.
Though I cannot place it.
A hint of strawberry...but something better.
All most 100g....just missed it.

I'm still looking at videos and stuff to compare.
The thing is, this is a breba...so maybe I need to wait for main crop to see if it's look change.
I got a single fig last year....it was amazing too.

last years...

Sorry Kevin, I am last one for advise on fig identification but whatever this fig is @ 90+ gram and the way it looks , its a winner. Hoping our friends here will help tell what it is
