Every year my Ol'faithful is DTE when it comes to eating the first breba.

I have been watching this one for about a week, but failed to check on it yesterday.
Today I just got home and it was gone!
So...I immendiately looked down, lo and behold there it is on the ground.
Extremely mushy...I fugured it was spoiled.
But it was not!

Had a fruity taste, but not strong though.
I didn't eat the skin, half was sunburned and the rest was quite thick.
So I just spooned the good stuff out.
Not bad.

That’s a good tip about spooning the good flesh out. My breba turned black with sunburn and I wondered if I’d still be able to eat them.

Yeah I gave it the smell test, trying to determine if I smell the fermentaion odor..all seemed good.
But the skin just didn't look that great...could have been okay...didn't really want to chance it. lol
