Nice surprise in the garden

So today's walk through the yard was good especially when I got to the garden. Nice surprise to see one of my peppers started to turn red. Also my Holy Italian variety is making peppers, I've been waiting to see those. Also had some adult entertainment, came across 2 squash bugs doing the "nasty" on one of my zucchini plants so I squash them. Ahhh, life in the garden. Had no idea just how exciting it was.

My peppers are ramping back up after sulking the last few weeks of July. What type of pepper is the Holy Italian variety?

I am growing this once, in British Columbia.
The seeds are from Slovakia.
I grow them for cooking and roasting.
After they are roasted the burned skin is removed and seeds taken out. Then I will salt it and deep it in dry flour, I dry them on little oil. I serve them on Rye bread 😋😋😋
I learnd this visiting family in Bulgaria 🇧🇬
