Are these new cuttings that you started? Here goes nothing!
These are new cuttings I got from @Endirenay and @GeauxFigs . The ones in ziploc bags are still in my grow tentAre these new cuttings that you started?
Or are these the potted ones from the Ziploc bags?

This is a better set up than the previous set, since this time there is structure protecting the growth of your roots, which will improve your odds at up potting. Good luck! These are new cuttings I got from @Endirenay and @GeauxFigs . The ones in ziploc bags are still in my grow tentView attachment 19489
@paupau, if these or some of these don't work out for you, reach out midsummer and I may be able to send you a duplicate tree from cuttings I'm rooting right now. Candidates may (but are not guaranteed to) include Ronde de Bordeaux, RLBV, Green Michurinska, Euclid Unknown, Bourjasotte Grise, LSU Tiger. I'm not going to send you five free trees or anything, but if your cuttings go to pot I can hook you up with a tree or two if I have a spare. I'm also somewhat new at this, so I may have killed all my trees by that point. No promises! And good luck with your cuttings! Here goes nothing!
I just realized your shelf and light setup is almost identical to mine. I recently got a gardening catalog with a "fancy" shelf and light setup that was $999 !! Mine was $100 max. These are new cuttings I got from @Endirenay and @GeauxFigs . The ones in ziploc bags are still in my grow tentView attachment 19489
Yep, that light setup is like mine also. You can put a base under your trays to lift your plants/ trees closer to light if needed. Those LED shop lights need to be 1-2" away.I just realized your shelf and light setup is almost identical to mine. Oh you too use fishing line to secure your lights to a metal shelf?I just realized your shelf and light setup is almost identical to mine. I recently got a gardening catalog with a "fancy" shelf and light setup that was $999 !! Mine was $100 max.
Ha! No, but my setup isn't much more advanced than that.Oh you too use fishing line to secure your lights to a metal shelf?![]()

BTW the soil temperature is 54* if that is something you could use.I left the light on in my garage yesterday and this is what I find! Well just brought it out to high tunnel and start the 15 gallon fig shuffle.![]()
LSU Gold is another one that I liked, kinda a flat light yellow honey/sugar fig.I personally will recommend LSU Hollier for your Honey fig choice, very sweet and tasty fig!![]()
When I tried grow bags the roots got intertwined with the bag and was hard to pot up or go inground do yours do this, and if so do you have any tips to get them loose? Most of mine are in 7gal grow bags. Smaller trees and very large trees are in plastic pots. I find the small grow bags like 3gal size dry way to fast. Larger than 7gal grow bags are not made to move even though they have handles.
I believe it’s assumed that cutting the bag will be required when up potting is needed. When I tried grow bags the roots got intertwined with the bag and was hard to pot up or go inground do yours do this, and if so do you have any tips to get them loose?
Yeah, I had a little trouble with that one splitting here in Georgia.LSU Gold is another one that I liked, kinda a flat light yellow honey/sugar fig.
I lay the pot/bag on it's side and tug a little bit at a time in a circle. The roots will come free and you can reuse the bag. The bags just like pots will break down after a few years and will just rip when you try to remove the tree or even just moving to tree. When I tried grow bags the roots got intertwined with the bag and was hard to pot up or go inground do yours do this, and if so do you have any tips to get them loose?
or cutting the roots.I believe it’s assumed that cutting the bag will be required when up potting is needed.
