More than I thought

I didn't realize just how many zucchini plants were in the trays. These could be planted in containers right. What size container does a zucchini plant need?

Never grew them it pots. But I would think 5 to 7 gal would be fine.

Also my pepper plants that I took for almost dead are starting to grow back.

You can grow them vertically up a trellis too which saves on space. FYI
