Chuck roast
1 pack ranch dressing mix
1 jar spicy, or mild if you prefer, pepperonchini
1pack au jus mix
1 cup water
Put the chuck roast in your croc pot
Turn it on high
Dump all other ingredients on top
Cook on high 8 hrs minimum, to really get it fall apart soft
Its fantastic on rolls, with mashed potatoes, rice.
We do potatoes the first night and sandwiches then next few nights, and you can add more peppers if you prefer!
