Here's how I've located textbooks in the past.
Go online to a respected university, college, or community college. Go to the Horticulture [or subject of interest] department page and find the description of courses taught, and then find the course number of the desired class. Now, go back up to the main page of the school and find the list of courses (all of them) and times being offered this term or this year. Next, find that course number and the name(s) of the faculty teaching it. Now find their web page at the school and (finally!) the textbook being used for the course. You can probably find it (used) at Amazon.
