Late Season I-258

As promised. This is the I-258. Actually got colder last night and took on a lot of yellow... but nothing like the potted trees as you can see. I'm sure many have seen these trees before.

The big boy in the back isn't really showing signs of wanting to sleep yet... both have pretty impressive trunks. That's a standard sized brick.

I forgot to take a pic of Colasanti Dark, also in the back. Also no sign of dormancy. I guess it's more protected back there.

Nope not big enough Joe. Lol 😂 Ming! what a tree. I noticed the i258s are very hardy. I bet you the fig ripe on you because the roots are well established and still warm. Nice job Joe and great looking tree. My young 3 year old tree put out figs full force this year, got about 50 of them and the leaves stayed green. I put them in storage so I clean up the leaves but it could have still kept going.

I should have gotten hundreds from it this year. Next year I'm going to get the greenhouse over it and warm water on the roots even earlier.
