I might not like the daily rain but my plants sure do

No pictures, but I should take pictures...
I have never had a season like this. We're on week two of rain, every single day..sometimes really heavy rain. Parts of East TN are flooding. I went out today, smiling like a crazed person to be able to weed eat around some of my beds. My son will do the BIG weed eating, but me and my battery operated weed eater take on everything else, and I love it.
So I stopped about mid way, and realized, I was smiling so big my face hurt LOL. Because the sky was blue and I was able to get out !

My figs, are ALL covered in fruits.....I mean that's alot of fruit !!! Maybe some aren't yet, but I can't see them because the forest is finally a forest ! The most growth I've ever seen !!

My blueberries are covered in berries, my raspberries, my snozberries....it's amazing !

Anyone else having a huge boost to growth due to these rains ?

Yep, we have had rain for a week now and will for another 3 to 4 days.
I quit trying to fight rust because as soon as I put on something for prevention it rains again...and again....so on & so on. lol
It's a losing battle here in the deep south.

But for now, everything is looking great! lol

Yeeeuup! Plants here in Guntersville Alabama are loving the rain too. Firstly my *De La Roca* tree is pushing out new growth much more quickly now, hopefully it will produce a decent harvest of figs this year. It went in ground last year and was cut back this year. The my 2.5’ foot by 6’ foot bed of mondo grass really loves the rain too. Moss beds (we have lots of moss in our yards. Tomatoes are doing amazing in ground along side some sweet peppers. My Galicia Negra fig tree in a 40*gallon container waiting to go in ground. And lastly Tiger Lilies (aka tree Lilly) that I grew from bulbils that came from my grandmothers lilies that used to live in my sisters yard, wound up dead somehow which is hard to grasp as tough as these babies are. Anyways, I have spent the past 8+ years growing out this patch from the tiny bulbils that form on their stalks, and this is the first year I’ve had so many bulbs be mature enough to put on this large a display 😊. I also have lots of extra smaller plants that are large enough to bloom this year, and plan to go make a bed of these in my sisters yard in a spot they will thrive. Then the fresh cut tree came down to allow a good 3-6 hours more direct sunlight to our plants depending on where they are.
But the rain has brought everything to life really well, and I am finally getting more projects done that will make yard work easier and free up more time.
Honestly I wouldn’t mind having the entire property be all gravel with no grass to tend.
Letting the food crops and decorative plants and grasses and mosses provide the green.

I get it.... but rain so often brings fungus, mold and mildews. I can control watering... but rain can be a pain for me.... generally prefer dry seasons because I can add water, but I can't add sun

Believe it or not... it gets really hot here... for a month or so! ;)

I agree. I have a love/hate relationship with rain since I started growing figs. They definitely like the water... Just not on their leaves. Fungus is really bad here and fungicides are an absolute must. I have a few different organic fungicides I use on a rotation basis, and one non organic one. The non organic one is supposedly safe in the garden and on fruit trees so that makes me feel a little better. Rust can get bad, but anthracnose is so much worse; it can destroy your tree pretty quick if not controlled.
