The rabbit hole is very deep. Not sure it has a bottom.Nice fig. This website is bad for me..lol. I seem to be going further down the rabbit hole and having a huge wishlist.

And they give it to you for free at first. Reminds me of that commercial in the 80's of the crack dealer outside the school yard.Nice fig. This website is bad for me..lol. I seem to be going further down the rabbit hole and having a huge wishlist.
@JMF75 @superdave336 @Figology generously left us so many cuttings of this variety. If you missed it this spring we now have many members who were given HSK due to the generosity of this wonderful member. 20 New members who were given cuttings of this variety during the Spring are now some of our caretakers of HSK for FigFanatics. Please take good care of it for us. I have one I promise to keep providing cuttings
Will you have cuttings available ? If you are I'm definitely interested.![]()
Ugh, those raccoons can be ruthless... they ate every plum off one of my trees this year.I'm digging up an old thread here. I'm so ticked. Two days ago I had an HSK fig ripening on new wood on a first year cutting..... I was ripening a little unevenly so I put a bag on it and left it... just a couple days I told myself. I went out all excited earlier to try my first one.... Bahhhhh!!!!! No HSK to be found... but nearby.... a pile of "gift" left behind by a raccoon!
I haven't trapped any in nearly two weeks.... I had to step up the game with some wet cat food bait...
I'm so ticked... at least I can confirm it ripens here sans wasp. There are a few more on the tree but they're small. Stupid raccoons.!

Yup, HSK ripens here in Maryland, and is very productive too
First fruit on a first year tree is typically not that great. The better ones come later in the season. This is a perfect warning to set things up before they start taking the unripe ones.I'm digging up an old thread here. I'm so ticked.
