Has anyone heard of Lil's Large Black?

I was gifted some cuttings but can find no info on this variety. The guy I got them from said they are the first to ripen for him here in zone 6b. He got it as a freebie cutting on a figbid order. All I can find is that it's a Rutgers variety.

Has anyone heard of this?

Dydrafig used to sell them on Figbid for $6 for 2 sticks or so ... https://figbid.com/Listing/Details/49745787/TWO-Rutgers-Lils-Large-Black-fig-cuttings-B11

But he's not been selling them this year. One of my friends grows it and as per him it's a keeper.

Here is more info from the figbid listing "Round Reddish fruit. Earlier to fruit than most varieties. August for fall crop. Will often harvest first figs (breba) in spring."

Thanks for this! I took a look at the listing and it's the same seller with a different name. Farm62 was the seller he bought from.

First time hearing about it but I do like the name Lil's Large - makes me want to name a seedling Discustingly Deliciuos Something or other lol.
